It is Pure Drops policy that all relevant Health and Safety legislation will be adhered It is company policy to ensure that staff are reminded of their responsibility, on all sites they visit in the course off their work, for observing the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and COSHH Regulations1999 which among other requirements, place an obligation on staff to comply with safety regulations.
Pure Drops will ensure full risk assessments are carried out prior to work taking place and ensure the correct procedures are adhered to and that the correct equipment is used. Since the introduction of Water fed pole systems it is now possible to clean up to 60ft from ground level, reducing the risk to employee's.
Although ladder use is still permissible the guidelines have been tightened up under the (Work at height regulations) and we will endeavour to keep within these restrictions.
